Our lead time is 12 business days or less after credit and art approval. Call customer service for lead time on custom products.

Do you have any set up or screen charges?
We have no set up or screen charges except on our clocks. See web page for set up charges on our clocks.

What type of material is used for your soft key tags?
We use a soft pvc vinyl plastic material.

Do you do 4 color process?
No, we use a silk screen printing process with the exception of our Logolites.

Are your products manufactured in America?
The majority of our items are manufactured in America. We do import a small percentage of component parts for our products.
