Normal Production Time: 12 business days or less from credit and art approval. Custom sofloats and air fresheners require additional time.

Rush Service: Rush service 5 to 9 business days on select products up to 2,500 pieces. See specific page for qualifying products. Contact us for rush availability on all other products, larger quantities and multi-color requests.

Rush service not available if changes in order occur, poor artwork provided, credit issues, incomplete purchase orders or proofing required.

  • Standard shapes only
  • 1-color only on 1 or 2-sides
  • $30.00 net for quantities up to 1,000 pieces
  • Over 1,000 pieces, $0.03 net per piece
  • $40.00 net for PBM’s (Pardi Bead Medallions)
  • Over 1,000 for PBM’s, $0.04 net per piece

Copy Changes: $10 (G) 250 piece minimum per copy change or ink color change.

Custom Color Plastic: Contact customer service.

Custom Color Ink: Add $50.00 (G) for PMS match. No charge above 2,500pcs.

upon request, via mail.

Please Note: All Anchor Line products are made to order and you will be charged per color for all pieces (i.e.: The Standard American Flag has a 2-color imprint on the front side with a second side imprint for advertising).

Assorted Colors: Prices for plastic colors based on minimum quantity per color. (i.e. 250 white + 250 black = 250 piece price)

Custom Mold or Die Charge: $80 (G) for key tags. $200 (G) for sofloats. $125 (G) for air fresheners. $250 for embossed molds. This is a one time charge. Molds/dies are property of Anchor Line. Oversize Charges: Call Customer Service.

Proofs: First FAXED Paper Proof is free upon request, with P.O., E-Mailed proofs and Product Proofs available at $10 (G). If we followed your instructions, and changes are required, an art charge to prepare new artwork will be incurred.

Samples: FREE random samples and catalogs. Please fax or e-mail your request.

Spec Samples: Contact customer service for information. $25.00 (G) Plus Mold & PMS Charge(s) if necessary.

Reorders: Please refer to previous invoice#, P.O.#, date it was purchased, and if possible a sample to insure exact reproduction.

Cancellation Charge: Orders cancelled will be billed for work we have already completed.

Over/Under Runs: We reserve the right to ship +/- 5%.

Exact Quantities: $25.00 (G) net for quantities shown in catalog.

Special Packaging: Contact customer service.

Split Shipment Charge: Contact customer service.

Drop Shipments: If shipment is to more than one address, add $10.00 (G) for each additional address (minimum 250 pieces per drop shipment.)

Adjustments: Complaints must be registered within 30 days after receipt of merchandise. Credit will be issued only for quantity returned. Factory must authorize return of merchandise

Tax: Missouri residents charged 6.725% sales tax, unless Missouri exemption certificate is received.

Recycling: We recycle our plastic scrap, which improves the quality of our lives. It does not affect the superior quality of our products.

Placement and acceptance of order by parties shall constitute agreement that all disputes shall be resolved in Missouri, under Missouri law and pursuant to the Missouri Uniform Arbitration Act 435.350 R. S. Mo.
